How to Play Pacman Online

Use the arrow keys to move: Pacman Ms. Pac-Man or Cookie-Man.

Avoid and kill the ghosts, and eat all the pellets to complete a level.

The goal of the pacman online game is to eat all the "cookies" in the maze while avoiding four hostile ghosts named Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde.

If your paths cross with the pacman ghosts and we touch one of them or they catch us, we lose a life.

There are cookies (fruits) near the corners, and when Pacman eats these, the ghosts change color for a while and blink. Only then can he eat the ghosts.

About Pacman

In 1980, Namco developed a game caled "Puck-man" named by the motion that describes an opening and closing mouth while eating. His developer said that the Pacman was born one day in a restorant. When he cut off one slice of the pizza and look at the rest of it he got an idea for the game. Pacman life started first in Japain and it become so popular video game that it cause even a coin shortage there. Puck-man was renamed into Pac-Man and licensed and distributed in the U.S. by Midway. The small, round and yellow character soon become an idol not only in Japan and U.S. but all over the world and still is today. PacMan family started to grow, the companies developed a lot of games popular today as Ms. Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, Pac-Man Plus, Jr. Pac-Man, Pac & Pal, Pac-Man Plus, Baby Pac-Man and many more.

How to Win in PacMan,Escape the Ghosts and beat the game

To Win in pac-man you must think smart. The point of the game is to guide the hungry yellow ball through the maze and eat the dots. There are 240 dots on every level, and 256 levels in the game and when you eat them all you go on the next stage. While eating you have to be careful and be aware of the ghosts. They will do everything to catch you and destroy you. If a ghost touches you one life is lost and the game is over when all your lifes are gone. Also there are escape tunels on the left and the right side so you can escape from the ghosts in them. When the ghost enters in the tunel he is very slow so you have time to run! These four "monsters" or ghosts have names and personality. The developer made them different and with various hunting skills, so the game is more interesting and unpredictible. The four ghosts are:

blinky Blinky, the red one who is chaser and follow PacMan all the time, and his speed increases after a certain number of eaten dots but only in the higher

levels.

Pinky Pinky, the pink one who is ambusher and trying to reach a position in front of PacMan.

Inky Inky, the cyan one who is flicky all the time and very dangerous.

Clyde Clyde, the orange one who isn`t very smart and just running through the maze.

There are four bigger dots in the corners on every stage called power pills or "energizers". When you eat one of them Pacman becomes temporarily invincible, the ghosts change their colour into dark blue, become slower and disoriented. You may then hunt those nasty runners and eat them for some extra points. When you swallow one of the ghosts, his eye returns to the " ghost pen", the cage in the middle, where it is back to normal. But, as you get deeper in the game the power pills won`t last long as the first couple of stages. So be careffull, from a hunter you can become a prey.

SCORE

You can score from the dots and energizers but also from bonus items that are most of the time fruits and appears near the center of the maze twice per level. On every 10000 points you get an extra life, so try to eat those items. You can score on:

- Dot: 10 points.

- Power pill: 50 points.

- Ghost: 200 ( first one eaten), 400 (second one), 800 (third one) 1600 (fourth one eaten).

- Cherry: 100 points.

- Strawberry: 300 points.

- Peach: 500 points.

- Apple: 700 points.

- Pineapple: 1000 points.

- Galaxian: 2000 points.

- Bell: 3000 points.

- Key: 5000 points.
